During the draft if you give someone an owed pick it has to meet one of the two criteria.
1. It must be 5 picks before the current selection when posted. (If your giving someone pick 24 it has to be done before pick 19 selects)
2. The 2nd team must agree to take the pick before the time limit for the pick expires.
This was discussed by some during last years draft and I don't think it is fair to trade someone a pick with only minutes left before the time limit when they don't even know they have the pick.

nada...getting ready to play some COD Are you getting any better? I managed to play the Weekend Warrior UK Tournament this past weekend, well most of it. Missed 2 hours of it for vaious reasons, but even so, I ended up 30th in Kills, 20th in Assists, 49th in Headshots. Not too shabby  |

I like this rule. Its done. dumb rule...I like to see who possibly will be available at my pick before I trade it....Ill never fulfill any more owed picks because of this shit. |

So you think it is fair for a person to get autoed when they don't even know they have a pick? If you wait and the person is online and accepts the pick it will be allowed. If they are not around it is not valid. Simple as that.

Sounds good except for the receiving team having the option to refuse it.
Unless team by refusing the owed pick the pick still is considered payed.
It's just an owed pick, not an owed pick with a stipulation.
If team receiving pick refuses it that's fine, but the team owing the pick has fulfilled their obligation to me as long as it fulfills whatever stip is on it.
As far as the time issue though that sounds fair.
