We could do that I guess. 1 time elimination of an owed pick for an RC.
Then in the future I will randomly give a free RC to those teams that dont have any owed picks out.

Then in the future I will randomly give a free RC to those teams that dont have any owed picks out. so the team that owes doesnt have to give anything? just give their next owned 1st as payment... then ban any future trading of owed 1sts, to eliminate the problem. |
