I'm going to pretty much be pissed off at Play for the rest of time.
How about we DO institute penalties for not paying them up? Maybe doing owed picks would lessen then due to there actually being a penalty for not paying up.

Actually, if Play does miss out on a pick payment and ends up with a lotto pick, I'm just going to post a trade saying I get the pick and pick. Since, technically, it fills the requirements and technically it was traded.
