WHY:
1) By making guys fill out three choices for EACH player, we avoid the usual fuck ups of guys upgrading guys a second time in a given category and upgrading guys over 85 in a category.
2) Make the RC Sheet extend to four players, and then you won't have guys posting to upgrade more guys than they have RC for, since you force them to prioritize.
3) Nobody has to wait for RCs to be counted; they can make their lists, and once RCs are counted, Reilly can post, and you can input.
We always have a lot of mistakes, and we have to wait around for GMs to fix this.This way, you can't make mistakes, and if you do, you have tons of backups (different categories, different players, etc.). The system would be a lot more efficient--Spence inputs the RCs and can sim when he wants to, instead of waiting around for five or six guys to fix their RCs.
