Yup. Jatoba at 33 is still a good player and should be a great backup for us at the 2 and 3.Will Jones had a nice TC going from B- to B+ defense so having the option to trade back for him is something nice to have. The mavs need to lose Reed and Russel this off-season for that pick to be good and i don't think that will happen. Nice dealing Manas.

2nd year in a row I've had extended trade talks with LA. Nice to work something out in the end both years.


I get worse from this deal - that is most important to me. I also get what is a hit-or-miss 1st round pick next year, which I feel is fair compensation for Jatoba. My only disappointment is that I don't gain more offseason cap room.
