I don't see how that's personal when you make your little side comments. Yes, you run a league but who are you for me to stay shut? I've been sayin use a trade ban for the longest and I felt it was the common sense thing to do. Me saying you finally realized that instead of being stubborn was my only point. It's also a valid one. I never in any post did I talk shit I was expressing my opinion. When I first started you were open to things and just kept things fair. I don't know what happened to that. In all honesty though if you don't want me sayin anything then don't say side comments and neither will I. If I bring something up constructively why can't it be talked about constructively.

yes and no... it all depends on the person on some people it doesn't even work at all but at least it's cheaper than buying a disgusting Red Bull.
They work for me but only like for 2 or 3 hours but my friend who told me about it he says it works for a good 3-4 hours for him.. it is also "recommended" that you take it on an empty stomach, which makes sense because it'd go through your system faster or something like that? The both times I took it I did not have an empty stomach so that may or may not have something to do with it.
I was hestitant to take it, because I sometimes can have bad anxiety but honestly I had zero anxiety with taking it, it wasn't bad.
