C Dennis Meyer
G Terrence Melling
confirmed. We need more of a defensive stopper and stronger rebounding so TEIII should fit the bill. We also get some decent depth. Thanks Greg.

I guess for the defensive upgrade, which doesn't make any sense because why would you trade your best defender if you wanted to get better defensively ? The problems with the Clippers didn't surround Meyer. Galo has absolutely no defensive minded depth off of the bench and when you run fast pace and press a lot your going to get absolutely torched. So to resolve this you trade Meyer for Edwards where you get a minimal upgrade on the defensive side while getting BBS's biggest liability on offense and fouls who by the way is on a horrendous contract. You have to take your hat off to Greg for milking this one out of ass. This is like the first trade I have analyzed in like 6 months BTW. |

Rockets agree,
TEIII is a better defender/reb I think without question but Meyer's contract is shorter so why not. I've just been playing Lacy so his TEIII's are backup stats.

Actually, I forgot I moved Hardaway in the Seattle deal.
Donnie Freeman should work though if Galo wants him.
