Alot of Gms are long time guys, so its hard for me to fire without huge provocation. Loyalty is important here.

but you gotta stop being loyal and start firing people regardless of tenure... I don't think it's a coincidence the league is slow because alot of these long term guys aren't active so it drags down the league as a whole
