So guys could get upgraded 6 times? no.... you were in UOSLR check the rules. If you put an age limit of 25 you're still alienating almost half the league. Like I said before, Aaron has deleted some of the players that have been upgraded and are over 25. This would pose problems because players that have been upgraded 3 times might get upgraded more times.

Does it really feel different to masterbate after you lose feeling in your hand?

I rather not comment but I think this should be considered
- leave it at only 4 players can be upgraded per season - +4 articles max - only twice a season can a player be upgraded via the articles and any articles written after that will just be counted the old fashion way. - keep it at only 3 upgrades for a player for career - one thing I feel should be done is changing the age limit to 30. If u want max activity and articles raising the age limit will help that because contending teams who most likely do not have youth will be more inclined to participate and maximizing the amount of activity it can bring. Now I know I read that habes deleted guys over 25 but we still have all the rc's threads. I would be willing to go back and re-update and have an over 25 section for guys who been upgraded. I mean I know I only try to write articles if I had young guys if I didn't I don't feel like taking the time out and I think that's how most guys feel. Either way guys can only get upgraded 3 times and it boosts activity for the league as a whole. I don't see any negatives but that's just me

I agree with upping the age to something like 28 or 30 if it's possible (since Aaron deleted that stuff).

Sweet, then no reason not to up the age limit to 28.
Aaron Ill give you 2 Rcs to update the players list and make any necessary changes. Ill post the new rule later today.

Umm get over what? Am I saying anything negative? Get over yourself. I threw out a suggestion and you didn't care for it. End of story. I'm good.

This is what Im thinking....
RC Incentives....
Rolled over RCs, along with posts, accomplishments, sigs, league voting and jobs will still earn you RCs.
1 RC for 200 posts 0.5 for making a signature 0.25 for making the playoffs. 0.25 for winning 50 or more games. 0.25 for winning your division. 0.25 for winning the 1st seed in your conference. 1 RC for winning your Conference. 1 RC for winning the BBS Crown
We have 2 things we vote on....
End of Season Awards, and Power Polls.
For End of Season Awards a vote is worth .50 RCs. If 20 or more vote its 1 RC per vote.
For Power Polls there are 2 votes, 1 at midseason and 1 at end of season. 1 vote is .25 RCs, 2 votes is 1 RC.
Scott and Jordan run these events. if they cant run it they can give the job to someone else if need be.
Article Incentives....
Each team can write up to 4 articles per year. These articles will be +1, +2, +3, or +4.
Overall Incentives....
-The time period after TC and before the Season is now called the Reward Point Period -Each RC equals one +3 point increase. -You cannot use more then 3 RC's in any year. -Any additional RC's can be spent or carried over. -Reward Points will be used after TC is run. There will be a allotted time after TC and before Opening Night for you to use your points. -You may only increase a player once each year, and in one category over their career. -You may not increase a player more then 3 times over their career. -You may never raise a rating over 85. -Players must 28 or under.

I think he's fine with the suggestion. The "I rather not comment" thing is annoying though. Exactly. Its pretty obvious you wanmt to comment on things, but saying, "id rather not comment" and then commenting is just fucking obnoxious. I listed to your argument, and I think its valid. I will use some of the things suggested in this thread. You need to get over the fact you were pissed about shit in the passed. Either dont comment, or get over it.

Still not negative. The only reason I say that cus for the most part he doesn't care for suggestions. I'm a grown ass man. I aint watching what I say for a sim league commish. I aint say anything negative and just threw out what I thought was a useful suggestion. Nothing more nothing less. This is exactly what I'm trying to avoid.
