Mel Daniels
Larry Awtrey
Nets confirm. I give up a ton of assets but I really like Mel Daniels. Oh well. I needed to get a player like him without dealing my big 3. Beasley-Jo Jo-Boone-Mel is a good 4 to start with. I need to add a big time defender/shot blocker at the 5, get some depth, and I think I can be very good. Hopefully the Hawks pick doesn't jump but oh well.

Rockets agree, I have to move Daniels to get worse, this yr was wasted.
Although after seeing draft class maybe not.

Love it for Greg. Daniels undersims.
Mark is recreating my young team with guys in their prime. Beasley, Jojo, Boone, Daniels. Should have kept those guys, btu they didn't have value back then. Meh.

I didn't have any interest in Boone for Johnson/Daniels. I think this is easily better. Having Boone/Mel is a lot better than Ollie/Mel/picks IMO. |

He kept passing until today when I added an additional first. I wasn't reluctant about getting Mel, I just couldn't get him until today. |
