Zach Randolph 6-9 270 07/16/81 Michigan St. Strengths: Great combination of strength and agility. Moves his 270 pound frame like a small forward... Supreme intelligence and creativity... Very strong physically and mentally... Soft hands.. Leadership qualities. Great post game, and a future double double guy. Weaknesses: Appears overweight but it doesn't really seem to be a problem,... Not super away from the basket, and needs to work on his defense. Will get lazy at times and could be dominated in the paint. Potential Ratings: B- C- D+ C C+ A

weak ratings.
Potential Ratings: B C- D+ C B- B would be sexier.

^I think you have to keep him with A potential... there were weight concerns but he was a freshman coming off a good year on a Final Four team (i believe). I think the ratings Spencer gave him were pretty fair

I think the ratings Spencer gave him were pretty fair Well in his 3rd year in the NBA he averaged 20ppg and 11rpg, so I think his rebounding and scoring need to be higher.. B C- D+ C B- A is good IMO.

I think his ratings are fine, if anything maybe to B- rebounding, but even that might be a stretch.

He averaged that on a shitty Blazers team. Randolph sucks. He can score and has a nice nose for the basket but plays no defense and lacks so many other fundementals

Those are horrendous ratings
I'd say

I think the ratings are fine. If the potential is real and he has a high B- inside and a high C+ rebounding, there is no reason why he won't be able to get 20/10 in this league.

I agree with some of the others - his ratings seem way off.
With A potential (which he deserves), he might end up being a good defender... which he definitely isn't in real life. Therefore maybe give him C- defense to start with.
But he's a great post-scorer (maybe start at B inside scoring) and rebounder, so I'd definitely bump the latter up from C+.

B C- D+ C- B A
Those would be interesting ratings...
with good potential he should be like A- C D+ C A- C which I think is a good projection.

Once again, Im gonna try and make players interesting, not necessarily exactly how they were in real life. I dont want players to turn out exactly how I think they are in the NBA today, or even how they looked to GMs the year they came out. I just want good drafts, that have intriguing story lines.

Yeah. He's not fun to watch at all. He's had like five good quarters all season ever since the first six games.
