Strengths - Very good ball handler and passer. Very much a pass first point guard. Decent defender that should become a solid BBS defensive player.

Weaknesses - Not a very good offensive player. Jump shot is limited in consistency and range. No 3 point shooting capabilities. Upside may be limited.

He does hit a three-pointer every game or two, so he's not totally inept in that department. I like Tinsley too.

Could've been a great PG. Runs games a lot like Mark Jackson but doesn't play with so much discipline. I really, really like him though, and he definitely can knock down 3s.
