4-1...glad to see us put a winning sim together.
Unfortunately, Bulls, Sixers, and Nuggets next sim.

2-2. Baker's been injured but will be back for the next sim at least. We're approaching the .500 mark.

OK, here's the breakdown of the carnage. Loss to Hornets, Sixers, and Blazers. Not really that shameful, since two of those teams are every bit as good as we are, if not better. But still never like to see a winless sim......
Hornets 104, Celtics 96 Rebounding was the key. They grabbed 55, we grabbed 40. Not gonna cut it.
76ers 105, Celtics 90 14-0 at home before this one. They're just playing better right now. Shaq totally dominated Admiral, and that is a bad omen if we end up seeing them in the playoffs. Peja struggled to do much with Big Dog, also. They did it with defense, forcing 15 turnovers and holding us to 40% from the field.
TrailBlazers 89, Celtics 70 Got manhandled here. Blazers also playing great ball right now. Shooting was awful again, just 36%. When you make 27 shots, you're not winning a game.
Oh well, we'll have to regroup. Tough schedule, but still should've made a better showing.

3-2
We started the sim badly, losing to the Cavs and Spurs. In Brian Grant's absense, it wasn't too surprising to see power forwards Chris Webber and Tim Duncan playing so well against our team.
However, we then got our act together and beat the Magic and Celtics and then got some revenge over the Cavs.
Shaq was outstanding again this sim. I like how Spencer made him into a stud, because he was easily the best player in the league back in the year 2000. He averaged 30.2ppg, 15.6rpg, 5.0apg and 3.6bpg for the sim and won POTW honours. However, his free throw shooting hurt us in one or two games.
We had nice contribution from a few other players. In particular, Glenn Robinson averaged 22.2ppg and 8.2rpg for the sim, including an excellent 31 points and 10 rebounds during a nice win over the Celtics.

An encouraging thought: we've only played 8 home games, which is less than any other playoff-ranked team in either conference.
By comparison, those teams with a better record than us have played a lot more home games: Celtics (15), Cavs (15), Blazers (16) and Mavs (16).

Yeah, I just noticed that myself, looking over the standings. Good news for Philly. But as long as we win 14 out of every 15 home games, we'll be OK.

2-0 sim for the 2nd sim in a row. Happy with it and Zo/Hill playing terribly well together right now. As long as Cassell and Miller keep up the solid guard play and PJ Brown or Dale Davis play well at power forward, I'll be happy.

5-0. Wonderful Sim. Beat some good teams. Beat the pacers, grizzlies, Nuggets twice and Celtics. No one scored more than 84 points. sdogbbs.com/BBS2000/boxes/31-1.htmlJason Kidd with his first triple double, nice. Mutombo had a great sim, a couple POG awards, all around great play. We are playing some great ball right now, loving it. We have another 5 day sim tomorrow, hopefully we can get the same outcome.

4-0
I'm pissed I contributed to DJ's obvious movement to tank after he had a 2-1 sim the other day he decided to change his DC sound familiar.
