LOL at all you guys waiting for Xbox fixes btw. Hehe. I played this last night! I told Amazon to go fuck themselves, and picked the game up at Sainsburys for £26. There was a HUGE queue, and Sainsburys decided to just make a Modern Warfare 2 queue because people with groceries were getting pissed off waiting for so long LOL. I got to the counter and the guy was like, "yeah yeah yeah, I know what you want, which platform?" lol. PS3 copies were flying off the shelves and they were down to the last 50 or so when I got there, but had a few hundred Xbox copies left. Was quite surprised to be honest but they said they ordered equal numbers of each platform. I then ran home lol and played campaign for half an hour or so while my gf cooked dinner, stopped to eat, then spent the rest of the evening playing multiplayer before bed lol. I am now counting down the hours before I can get out of the office and go home to play some more!!!! I'm addicted already!!!! It's only 8:52am here  still got like 10 hours to go |

The throwing knives are awesome! You know, when I saw it in the ads I thought it'd be like a standard feature. Didn't realise you had to unlock it til you told me last night and got my hopes up. Then when I did unlock it... sure it was fun... but I missed my grenades!! lol Ended up stupidly throwing the knife at a crowd, thinking I had grenades still. It didn't work out too well for me... lol. I think I'm on about level 8 or 9 at the moment, liking the SCAR gun. |

I got to Level 20 or so in about 3 hours of gameplay not bad... my ratio is fucking horrendous though I can't find the right perks and gun setup.. that and I was stuck playing with shitty teams until my friends got online.

So much better than regular..I can't tell you how many times I nearly killed someone and then someone shot me from the other side and I died. Hardcore you shoot them they freaking die. |

Am I in double figures already? Didn't realise that lol.
Finding trouble with which guns/setup to use too, and I often just find myself cursing at the screen in the intermissions because I'm looking through the perks etc and then before I'm finished the next game starts LOL.

You tried the new mode btw... demolition? I think it's called that. Basically you have two targets, then one team attacks, one team defends. For the attacking team, everyone has explosives they can set. The attacking team has to detonate both sets to win within the time limit.
It's a little twist on the other game modes, but I found it quite fun. I don't know what my favourite game mode is yet, but I like to try them all out. Not knowing the maps yet sucks though lol. Came up against people on level 47 in my first few games and I had no clue where the fuck I was going hahaha.

Btw Jah you got a headset? I bought a headset months ago but never hooked it up to my PS3 lol, but if you have one and you want to do Special Ops some time, gimme a shout. Hopefully I'll hook up the headset tonight when I get off work.

Oh feck forgot to say, I tried with a mate of mine... the stupid new invite system doesn't work on Special Ops yet either... so will have to wait til Friday for the patch.

Cool... btw can you just switch it on and use it? Or do I need to link it somehow? you have to go under accessory settings to link it up the first time.. Set it up and all that good stuff...It is easy... |
