Sebastian Telfair

Position: Point Guard
Strengths:
Telfair is a good athlete with strong natural point guard abilities. He has solid court vision, can handle the ball well, and has some excellent passing ability. He is very quick and can certainly run the court with the best of them. Telfair certainly is not a great scorer, but he isn't afraid to take it to the basket. He plays with a reckless abandon that some scouts admire. Telfair hustles and has a lot of natural point guard ability in him.
Weaknesses:
He just is not very sound defensively. Some of this could be attributed to his lack of strength (which he certainly also needs to work on), but Telfair often just seems disinterested in playing both ends of the court. His game tends to get out of control from time to time which can cause him to make some mistakes. He has very little outside shooting ability and only has an average mid range shot for a guard. He has a lot to work on to become a complete player in this league.
