Obviously it's got a way to go yet before the two clubs agree on a fee, but it surprises me that Ronaldinho agreed it with the club. Why would he go to AC Milan? They're not even in the hunt for next season's Champions League at the moment. Sure, pairing up with Kaka to play with Ronaldo may be a dream Brazilian combination, but we have to remember, Ronaldo's on the verge of never playing again, Kaka's been far from his best this season, and Ronaldinho himself is getting lazy. He wasn't exactly playing his best before he got injured too.
I dunno, seems like a backwards move to me, but maybe he'll spark life back into AC Milan and himself. They'll have a team full of players past their best, but they're still a bunch of world class players.

Also, I also read that he was talking to Manchester City. Why the fuck would he join Manchester City? If he were to come to England, surely it would be to Chelsea? He wouldn't fit in at Manchester United, although I'd welcome him into the team with open arms lol, and Arsenal won't be able to afford him. Sure, Man City can afford him, but why would he want to play there?
Chelsea can easily afford him, and he'll be there with a bunch of international superstars. I would've thought it'd be the perfect team for him. At least Chelsea will be playing Champions League football next season.
Bah, maybe I'm jumping the gun. Milan may still qualify.

It makes no sense why he would want to go to a team like Man City but maybe he just needs a change.

And they're saying Ronaldinho really isn't "injured" they're just using that as a cover up. Huge scandals going on in Barcelona this season.

Yeah, he falls out of the starting 11 so then he feigns an injury. And I'm not saying he should necessarily stay at Barca, I'm just questioning the choice of moving to Milan or Man City. He could have his pick of team almost and he chooses to consider two non-Champions League teams? Seems weird to me.

It makes no sense why he would want to go to a team like Man City but maybe he just needs a change. I heard he wants to be the star player, surrounded by role players, and not be surrounded by other stars. Sounds dumb to me though.

Oh and I'm hyped for today's matchup - Man United vs Arsenal. It's make or break time. If we win this, Arsenal are out of the title race in my opinion. Then we have to play well for the next couple of weeks to beat Barca and later Chelsea too. Damn we have a tough schedule.

AC Milan is 4 points out from a Champions League spot with over 6 games to go.... I don't think you can write them off...

almost 90% certain Ronaldinho is going to AC Milan. Reports are saying his brother, who's also his agent, delivered an autographed jersey to the president of Milan, Berlusconi this afternoon.
People in Milan saying the deal is practically done.
I don't know where you guys heard about Manchester City or Inter... I've only heard AC Milan and maybe possibly MLS to that new Seattle team.

He needs a chance of scenary, he needs to get back to playing the way he used too. He's so out of shape it's ridiculous. The reason he's been benched for most of the year is because he would come late to practices, miss practices, act like he didn't care at practices and would always be in the news for partying late night at clubs. I don't know much about Milan, but if it's anything like Barcelona in terms of night life... I don't know how he's going to improve unless he stops partying all the damn time.

It was on the BBC Sport website and on ESPN Soccernet. Those are the two sources I normally go by.

He needs a chance of scenary, he needs to get back to playing the way he used too. He needs a lot of work before he can get back to the way he was, and I don't think he'll ever get back to that standard.

He's trying to be like Romario lol. But yeah, he's getting fat and lazy. It happened to Ronaldo, then Adriano, now Ronaldinho. It's the Brazilian curse lol.

i think ronaldhino can break the so called "brazilian curse", but I agree with tiger that a tremendous amount of work would need to be put in to return to his old form. he is one of my favorite players ever he has done things I have never seen done before and I wish him all the best in his new move
