Strengths:
Gerald Green is a tremendous athlete, but the same cannot be said for his work ethic. I would never expect to see this guy logging a lot of time on the court outside of what is necessary. However, his athleticism cannot be denied. He is an amazing leaper and can really wow the crowd with some of his antics on the court. He has a solid mid-range shot and can take the ball to the hole, which is where his athleticism comes into play. It allows him to be effective on the offensive end. If nothing else, he'll be fun to watch from time to time.
Weaknesses:
There is a strong chance that he will one day be cut in favor of a guy on a ten-day contract. Like previously stated, he has a poor work ethic which essentially makes him a hit or miss prospect. His ball handling is less than stellar which also leads to a high amount of turnovers. Also, his poor effort certainly does not allow him to be tenacious on the defensive end. He usually appears interested in playing only offense.
