We were without LaFrentz for the first 4 games. 1-0, killed the league's "best" team on the road by 23. Hm.  1-1, bad loss to the Pacers. 2-1, beat the Blazers by 16 at home. 3-1, beat the Pistons by 4 at home. 4-1, beat the Jazz by 6 at home. 5-1, beat the Bucks by 9 on the road. 5-2, fucking 2 point loss to the Nuggets at home. 6-2, good win against the Hawks on the road by 11 to end the season. |

We played really well against the Magic all year and they don't have Rip for the first 2 games. I'm confident we can take the series.
We beat them by 31on the road on day 107. LaFrentz also went down that day.

Definitely fucked with Rip out. He was our most consistent scorer. Gonna need AI to dominate and the slow pace to keep the Heat in check.
Dave and I finished with the same record, so it comes down to the playoffs.

We ended the season 2-5. We beat the pacers which was wierd. Ely had a great game against Yao going 24 points 9 rebounds and 6 blocks. We also beat the cavs in a game where Dirk lit us up but it was't enough. Nelson got more minutes and he had some games where he looked really good. Blake has also been playing great. We finished 6th so we get to face the nuggets in the first round. They won 54 games so hopefully we'll be able to hang with them in the series for a little bit.

So-so 5-4 sim.
Pacers 102 Raptors 97 - Ming had 21/13, Tsak with 8pts, 20rbs, 4sts, & 5 blocks.
Pacers 132 Heat 117 - Stack went off for 46pts, 7rbs, & 5asts, and Yao went off too for 37pts, 21rbs, 3asts, 3stls, & 2 blocks. Tsak had 11/15/6.
Knicks 87 Pacers 77 - Can't complain, we kept it close on the road vs a team that's virtually unbeatable. Yao had 26/17, but our offense was mediocre and we got owned on the boards.
Pacers 114 Cavaliers 88 - Yao had 32/18/4, Stack with 26, Cassell with 15pts & 12asts.
Lakers 122 Pacers 102 - Not sure what the hell happened. Yao had 37/10, Stack had 19, Cassell had 11 assists. Our rebounding was shit-awful.
Hawks 121 Pacers 99 - Disappointing loss. When 5 guys each score 20 or more points, your chances of winning aren't very good. Shard had 23, Stack had 19, Yao only played 25 miunutes due to foul trouble.
Pacers 90 Suns 84 - Yao had 25/11, Stack had 19/12.
Mavericks 109 Pacers 66 - Embarassing. Yao went off for 38pts, 18rbs, & 4 blocks, but everyone else was awful.
Pacers 101 Timberwolves 98 - Stack with 24/4/6, Shard had 18, Yao had 15/14, Tsak had 12rbs & 7asts.
Disappointing way to end the year, wasn't overly impressed with our play over the last 5 games, but I'm still happy with this team.
To go from 6-16 to 49-33 is pretty impressive.

It couldn't be scripted any better. Dave doesn't win the regular season portion of the bet because he loses on Day 119 to Martinez, and you also lost on Day 119 to Mark. |

I'm satisfied with our 1st round match-up against Detroit, we've beaten them 3 times since we got Shard & Tsak, so hopefully that carries over into the post-season.

1-4. AHHHHH. Nanz! IF ONLY WE LOST SOME GAMES IN THE LAST 20 DAYS OF THE SEASON. We could be looking at the 4 or 5th pick, fucking team! haha. Anyway, we beat the lakers here which hurt are chances at tying with the wizards and suns, but right now we are tied with the Cavs. I think the better home record team gets the worst pick, I am pretty sure thats how a tie break in fbb is decided. So we should get the 7th pick, not too pissed about this though. Even if we lost to the lakers we still would be at that spot if I am correct. DJ was at 8? and moved up to 1? Could we get some of that luck this year?!! Well see what Happens if we stay at 7 I will be satisfied nonetheless. But in the end, I love the future we have going here.
