Each year 6 non-College players will enter the draft. 3 will be made by Chris, 3 will be made my Aar.
Chris gets Spain, Africa, South America.
Aar gets everywhere East of Spain. Europe, Asia, Australia, etc.
These players will need to have relatively in depth scouting reports. I will still control real potential.

So, both of you can start on your 3 players now if you want. Remember this is for the 2013 draft. If you want, you guys can begin hyping multiple players, but only 3 can declare each year.
