SLO has this and I think its kinda cool. Essentially just 1 thread for ratings random movies you've seen recently. Im guessing out of 4.
Indiana Jones - 2.5
Very good funny movie until the end. I was surprised at how much I enjoyed it, although it did have a unreal Grandpa Roger Moore is James Bond feel to it. I mean Harrison Ford is 65 and he was just a bad ass in the film. Probably even more then he ever was when he was young.
The Painted Veil - 3
Watched this with my GF. Kinda slow, but it was interesting enough to keep my going. Good story, good acting. Edward Norton is pretty talented.
The Full Monty - 2.5
I have heard this movie was awesome. Saw it yesterday and it was funny. Some parts were extremely funny, but overall it wasn't that great. Ill take Shaun of the Dead over this one every day of the week.

What Happens in Vegas - 2.7
Was pretty funny, story line was pretty predictable but good for a few laughs. Cameron Diaz is hot.

Casino Royale - 3.75
Watched this again this week. Love this movie. Daniel Craig does such a good job. He's just a bad ass. Mush more realistic then many of the recent Bonds.
Breakfast at Tiffanys - 2.5
It's a classic but I didn't enjoy it that much. I mean I watched all of it, and it is interesting but it isn't that great. Funny to see George Peppard as a young guy, he was in the A-Team.

What Happens in Vegas - 2.7Was pretty funny, story line was pretty predictable but good for a few laughs. Cameron Diaz is hot. My GF wanted to see this. I really like Ashton Kutcher. He's funny. I haven't thought Cameron Diaz was hot in a long time, which kinda sucks. Seems like a pretty common plot line. |

Ashton K is garbage.... just like Ben Affleck... I cant believe either get leading roles... as they have zero acting ability(although Affleck can be decent in small. supporting roles ie. Boiler Room)

At least Ben Affleck is a great writer and director... I'm basing this off Gone Baby Gone and Good Will Hunting. Both GREAT movies.

I love all of the movies, but I felt like this one tried to be too much like the old ones. I didn't mind the ending because I was expecting something like that (Lucas had talked about a 5th film he wants to make since the original plan was 5 films). I wouldn't recommend the movie to anyone, but if you liked the first 3 in the series you have to go see it.
Has anyone seen In Bruges? I've heard it is really good (even with Colin Ferrell as one of the leads). I didn't see anything about it till after it was out of theaters.

I watched The Departed for probably the 20th time today, still sooo good. An identical movie to that is We Own The Night which are my 2 favorite movies ever. Anyone know of any similar movies to these?
