We picked up another game on the Spurs but it wasn't enough. We finish 2nd in the tanking race, lets hope good things happen in the lotto.

6-1 to finish out the season
Bibby got injured, but Ford was a more than adequate starter
As I had hoped, we ended up locking up the #2 seed in the West. We take on the Jazz, who I have not lost to all season (4-0)
Since day 80, we were 26-6 - awesome!

Amazing run by the Sonics.
I feel like sometimes teams that give up, like the Clipps, will actually perform well after they try to tank.
I also feel like teams that are doing well, and then add big time talent, perform worse. Seems to be something that happens quite often in FBB.

3-3, Monta's performance got so much better as the year went on. Good sign there.
We finished the season with 33 wins. I'm really disappointed by that because we were at one point 18-17 and holding onto the sixth seed. We got really hot for a 20 or so game stretch, but I guess we just weren't good enough. I could've changed the DC but I really wanted to focus on Bynum and Bogut and keep them from fouling out, and this DC worked well in that regard. I think with a good TC fron Bynum, Bogut and Ellis, we'll easily pick up 7 more wins. We'll see though. Bynum struggled a bit down the stretch, but Monta really surged. I love everything about the way he plays except for the FG%. He does 13 ppg (closer to 18 in the second half of the year), rebounds well, steals the ball a ton, and best of all, keeps low turnovers. His FT% and 3PFG% are both very nice for a 19 year-old.

It looks like Bibby will be back for the playoffs. That's a huge relief

You have 2 very nice bigs, which is rare, and the flexibility to add a 1, 2 or 3 to fill out your lineup.

so we don't have ben against memphis and still come out with a great one point win. but finally, we have a full lineup...naa, shard has to go down for the entire sim minus our last game. but we still did extremely well under the circumstances with some huge wins against great teams.
beat jazz by 13 beat knicks by 44 beat cavs by 25 lost to raps by 4 beat warriors by 23 lost to wolves by 14
finally, with our full lineup, we beat the kings by 6 in sacramento despite giving up 14 points more in the 4th.
ai led the league in scoring. haven't had that since jordan did it in bbs. bw/ai were spectacular on the defensive end.
we have philly in the first round. that team is scary with their scoring. hopefully we're able to match up. i'm just looking forward to seeing ai/arenas go at each other, should be some matchup.

The Sixers have an amazingly low TO number for a fast paced team.

I like that Monta's defense is better at PG, but his passing rating has to be extremely low because he just doesn't get assists. He's probably gonna be a tough matchup for a lot of SGs, so if he does a decent job defensively at SG, I'll play him there. It really depends on TC, though. If Monta's handling rating is the thing that improves most, maybe I move Dunleavy to the 2 or 3. I definitely want to see how he sims at both positions. It's possible I play Boykins at PG and move Dunleavy to the 3, because Boykins is a really good PG still. I'll probably buy out Finley too, which would give me big cap space to add someone nice.

And if I buyout Boykins, my only chance of signing a nice FA is if I land a guy on Day 1 and manage to sign Dunleavy. That's a risk I probably won't take.

Any more questions on our status as an elite team? We finished the season off with an 8-1 sim. Our only slipup came at the hands of the Mavericks thanks in part to one disastrous quarter. sdogbbs.com/BBS2000/boxes/110-6.htmlBeat the Nuggets fairly easily. 25 points/8 assists/7 rebounds for Gilbert, 22 points/10 rebounds for Jamison, 16 points/5 rebounds for Richardson, 15 points/10 rebounds for Collins, 14 points/9 assists for Hinrich. sdogbbs.com/BBS2000/boxes/111-7.htmlObliterated the Bucks. 41 points/14 rebounds/7 assists for Gilbert, 29 points/5 rebounds for Jamison, 24 points/7 rebounds for QRich, 19 points/8 assists for Kirk, 13 points/8 boards for Collins. sdogbbs.com/BBS2000/boxes/112-3.htmlBeat the Bulls fairly easily. 25 points/9 rebounds for Jamison, 21 points/6 rebounds/4 assists for Gilbert, 20 points/7 rebounds for QRich, 17 points/10 assists/5 rebounds for Hinrich, 12 points/11 rebounds for Collins. sdogbbs.com/BBS2000/boxes/113-3.htmlBeat the Heat fairly easily. 31 points/9 rebounds for Jamison, 27 points/9 rebounds for Gilbert, 25 points/6 rebounds/4 steals for QRich, 16 points/11 rebounds for Collins, 10 points/13 assists/5 rebounds/8 steals for Hinrich. sdogbbs.com/BBS2000/boxes/115-4.htmlBeat the Knicks fairly easily. 17 points/8 rebounds/6 assists/4 steals for Arenas, 17 points for QRich, 13 points/7 rebounds for Harrington, 12 points/9 rebounds for Collins, 10 points/8 rebounds/8 assists/6 steals for Hinrich, 10 points/5 rebounds for Korolev, 8 points/3 rebounds for Jamison, 7 points/11 rebounds for Boone, and 7 points/6 rebounds for Mags. The ultimate team effort. Nice. sdogbbs.com/BBS2000/boxes/116-2.htmlBeat the Wolves in a close game. 38 points/9 rebounds/6 assists for Arenas, 22 points/6 assists for Hinrich, 22 points/11rebounds for QRich, 14 points/12 rebounds for Jamison, 12 points/8 rebounds for Collins. Finally lost to the Mavericks thanks to a lousy second quarter. sdogbbs.com/BBS2000/boxes/119-10.htmlHowever, we bounced back to crush the Nets. 38 points/17 rebounds for Jamison, 20 points/8 rebounds/7 assists for Hinrich, 20 points for QRich, 16 points/6 rebounds/6 assists for Gilbert, 13 points/11 rebounds for Collins. sdogbbs.com/BBS2000/boxes/120-11.htmlClosed the season off with a close win over the Magic. 35 points/10 rebounds/5 assists for Arenas, 24 points/12 assists/6 rebounds for Kirk, 21 points/11 rebounds for QRich. ------ We finished the season off with a 54-28 record. However, we've been damn near unstoppable since getting QRich. We finished as the third seed in the East and with the third best record in the league. I hope we can make some noise in the playoffs.

If you changed Quentin Richardson's name in this league to Carmelo Anthony, his value would double:
Carmelo Anthony SF 22 6'9'' 232 B A- C+ B C+ C Quentin Richardson SF 26 6'6'' 238 B A C- B- C+ C

2-5. To finish off the year. Did not get 40 wins but we still made the playoffs, pretty sweet. We are the 8th seed and play the mavs, should get swept but whatever I am glad we made it in. check out al vs the bulls sdogbbs.com/BBS2000/boxes/118-6.htmlwhat a sick game even though we lost. We beat the twolves and Wizards, but basically played all the teams close with this dc. It did it when I First traded everyone away as well, so I guess this will be my best shot at winning one game in the playoffs, haha, so i will keep it. ANYWAY, Hawks are the third pick in the draft. I could say I am pretty pissed right now, but I am not. I actually thought after last sim that the pick would be 5 or 6 or something so this is great. They went 2-5 as well. Maybe Lotto will be kind to me this year. Well see what happens. It doesnt seem like number 1 stays 1 all that often so I can hope. hello off season

Pffft, this really sucks.
Somehow the Warriors dropped below me.
If I dont get lucky in the lotto this was an abysmal failure.
