3-1.
Fucking hell. Sonics beat us by scoring 42 to our 19 in the 4th. We took out our frustration on the Nuggets though.

Not much time. 1-0. Tough season so far, but I'll make some moves when I get home next week. For now, just have to tread water and hope I don't get too far under.

3-0 today. Team looks good, and I think the DC I'm using is almost spot on for this team. Our defense is playing below average giving up 101 ppg but we're scoring 107 ppg. With Rip and Dyess, I love the explosiveness we have. Kidd is playing very well averaging almost 11 and 11 for us, but Olowokandi may be the biggest reason we're doing so well. He's averaging 16 ppg with 12 rpg and 2.5 blocks.
The only DC change I can really see us making at this moment is possibly making 'Kandi a scoring option since he's shooting 50% this season and Lee's only shooting 41% off the bench. But, I dont know if I want to mess with the winning groove we're in right now though so it may take a poor sim or two to make the change.

We're only 10-7 but we're actually playing very, very well. Before our loss to the Celtics this sim, we had only dropped games to teams in the top 10 of the league, and all of those losses except for a 2 point one to the Knicks happened on the road.
This sim we went 3-1 including a big road win over the Grizzlies and a home win over the 76ers. Everyone is playing solid basketball, but there are some minor DC changes I have to make. Not sure if I'm going to start Vasquez over Brown yet, both have positive qualities to their game. David West is predictably having a big season back at small forward, putting up 22.5 PPG, 7.7 RPG and only 1.4 TOPG on 50.7% from the field - pure efficiency. DMase is also having a beauty year as the second option and Craig Smith is making me look pretty damn smart (15 and 9 with a steal and a block, low turnovers).
I think we've got a solid squad here that's only going to get better as the year goes on.

I think we're just missing one piece. I love how the rest of the team is playing for the most part. Darko needs to up his FG%. That's my main beef right now.

5-0 with huge wins including one over the Knicks without Amare. We've done this all without Amare and we've really learned that Brandon Bass is truly a player. It's really sad we don't have Darko because this team would have been insane with him. I don't see any team stopping us this season.

1-1. All about matchups. Sixers dominated us, and then we beat the Bucks by 22. The win was impressive. Dun put up a triple-double.

After an awful first sim, we are tearing it up with six straight wins.
Ming is having an MVP season as a 2nd option, so I want to see what he can do as a top option.
We still have a ton of road games ahead of us and this schedule is killer so far.

2-3. We need to lose more games if we want the top pick. But that does not seem to be working out to well.

3-1 First game we just couldn't hang with the bulls for the whole game. Durant was on Marion and he just couldn't contain him. We wasted two very good performances by both Rondo and Johnson. Rondo 6 points 6 rebounds 14 assists and only 1 TO Johnson 31 points 7 rebounds 8 assists.
Our second and third game were both against the Nuggets and we just blew them right out of the water winning 118-68 and a tighter one at 98-87. Some highlights from those games were; Rondo 22 points 10 assists 3 steals 1 TO Aldridge 31 points 15 rebounds Johnson 19 points 16 rebounds 3 steals
And in our last game we beat the Blazers 91-82. Nobody did anything special. Overall we are playing much better; everyone on our team is starting to contribute a lot. Aldridge is a complete different player than what he was last year. Durant is scoring the ball but his defense is just terrible but that should improve with time, no worries. Johnson has been a great acquisition leading our team in scoring and really getting more rebounds than what i was expecting and also steals. We played some very weak teams so those 3 wins are really nothing special but the way we played the Bulls is really encouraging. Lets go Lakers! yee.
