He's also got some range on his shot, which has impressed scouts. Also an above average free throw shooter. Solid positional defender and a decent shot blocker. Weaknesses:[/u] Not the most athletically gifted player and often has trouble keeping up with quicker bigs as they run up and down the floor. Mediocre passer, and only an average rebounder. Really similar defensive players. Shotblockers with big builds who crowd their man and try to keep up with them with their feet. Every time I watch him play D, I think of Kenyon.

Brook is slow as shit and can't jump. Kmart was fairly quick for his height and has mad hops.

Lopez had bad workouts from what I read but I know his vert has always been around 31. Not sure what he did this summer, but 31 for a 7 footer does not mean he can't jump.

Every time I watch him play D, I think of Kenyon. kenyon martin didnt play that great of post D. he just was able to get up quicker than shit and block anyone near him. he was fast as hell for a big and could jump ridiculously fast and high. his post d left a lot to be desired. he would block a ton of shots but he gave up a ton of easy shots because he would bite on the fake a TON. i watched him play a lot i had season tickets while he was at UC. |

He was fucking great. maybe in the NBA, i didnt get to see the nets. actually i see hardly any NBA being in cincy with no team. at UC his post defense was average at best. he bit on everything because he always looked for the block. |
