* This is based off of 2009 only, not the entire contract.
1. Chris Paul
Paul averaged 17/11/5/2 last year while shooting an unbelievable 53% from the field and leading his team to their first BBS championship. He is signed this year for a measley $3.5 million.
2. Luol Deng
Deng had a very nice line of 22/8/4/2 for the Wizards behind phenom Dwyane Wade. He is only 23 years old and is signed this year on a 3.3 million dollar contract.
3. Andre Iguodala
Young Andre led his Warriors team last year putting up 22 ppg, 6 rpg, and 5 apg. He's a very well rounded player who shoots good percentages and is signed for under $3.5 million.
4/5. Brandon Roy/Greg Oden
At age 24, Roy has already proved himself in the BBS. Last year he scored over 21 ppg, and got 6 boards and over 1.5 steals to go with it. Paired up with Greg Oden, these two are the best production/value based teammates in BBS. Together, Mark only has to pay under 7 million for the 2 in 2009.
6. Andrew Bynum
At only 21 years old, Bynum has already become a highly touted center, currently on the Cavs but rumored to be traded again. He had a very solid line of 15/11/3 last year, and has plenty of room to improve still. Not bad when you only paying him a little over 3 million.
7. Ike Diogu
Not an often mentioned name in BBS, Diogu has been playing with a chip on his shoulder. He continues to impress, putting up a line of 17/10/1.6 at age 24. Marty gets to play him in 2009 for a rediculous $1.9 million.
8. Kevin Durant
Surely Durant would be much higher on this list in two years. He had a solid rookie year and with a nice TC, Durant could be a 20 ppg scorer real soon and be a great value to Nanz at just over 3 milion.
9. Al Horford
Horford put up huge numbers last year for only playing 25 minutes a game. In that limited time he still managed to put up a line of 18/8/1.5. At his young age, and a few more improvements he is going to be very good, and is already more than worth his $3.1 million contract.
10. Andrew Bogut
Bogut is in dire need of a big TC to break out. In 30 minutes a game last year, he scored 16 ppg, had 9 rpg, and had 1.3 bpg. His defense has improved over the last few years and right now his numbers more than justify his contract right around $3 million.
