 Strengths: Can play either guard spot offensively; he's a great ballhandler and can use this to pull up, get to the basket or set up an offense. With his size and speed, he'll be tough for any guard to defend. Consistent, good jumpshot with good range; should develop into a nice scorer.
Weaknesses: He's a pogo stick and it hinders him on the court. A physical defender can take him off his game because he has no strength, and any guard with the ability to dribble can blow by him; he doesn't know how to defend and even if he had skills defensively, he's too weak to guard anybody. Gonna be a defensive liability forever. Upgrade his strength! Upgrade his perimeter D! He's completely unpoven in Euro play, too. Outlook: Very raw, but intriguing prospect.
Predicted draft slot: Late lotto; he's nice, but Euro players bust frequently, and my God, C- defense is putrid. Take him earlier and I don't respect you. BBS Comparison: Spence got lazy and made Rudy Fernandez again. Editor's note: google image him and go to the second page. It gets weird. |

Haha yeah, he's very similar to Rudy. I think it's an accurate comparison. Euro prospect, great offense, very weak defense, interest size/weight, same scouted potential.
