Ducky can easily if he's willing to part with his young guys (Randolph, Conley).
The other two, I'm not so sure.

Galo can get some real nice pieces for Rose if he's smart.
Ducky has a good team as is, he's just terrible at DCs.
Nova I think is going to get the boot unless he pulls a rabbit out of the hat. Regardless of who he drafts in this year's draft, that person will not make an immediate impact. The only way I can see him making it through the contract year is if the majority of the league decides to tank.
I don't see anyone overpaying for Rudy Fernandez or Bayless like they will for Derrick Rose. I think Nova highly overvalues the two, but if he lands some good FAs and then deals Bayless and/or Fernandez and/or this season's lotto pick for some talent... no way he gets to playoffs.
