- Tony Parker - Indiana The Pacers could go a couple different directions here but it would seem as though getting Tony Parker would be the best move. Parker is a very good point guard that loves to get to the hole. Combining Parker with Hughes should give the Pacers a very good backcourt to build with.
- Jason Richardson - New York The Knicks dont really have anyone to build around, so it's important that they draft someone for fans to get excited about. There isnt a more exciting player in the draft then Jason Richardson. Although still raw, Richardson looks to have what it takes to not only make a strong first impression as a rookie but enough upside to become a very god #1 option in the BBS.
- Pau Gasol - Miami The Heat have a wonderful young guard to build around in Michael Redd. Adding a talented big man like Gasol will be a perfect fit. Gasol is a scorer first and foremost. The Heat will just need to add defense and rebounding around these 2 young studs and they should be a contender.
- Joe Johnson - Golden State The Warriors love their franchise player Elton Brand but they could use a super talented guard like Joe Johnson. JJ can play 1 or 2, and should become the Warriors #2 option behind Brand.
- Tyson Chandler - Phoenix The Suns realize how hard it is to find a center, so they will take Tyson Chandler if given the opportunity. Not much of an offensive player, TC will give the Suns defense and rebounding at the 5.
- Richard Jefferson - Utah The Jazz just want the best available player and get just that in Richard Jefferson. RJ will start at 2 or 3 and could eventually become the Jazz #1 scoring option as well.
- Gerald Wallace - LA Lakers The Lakers have the best young core of the bad teams with Dirk Nowitzki, Al Harrington, and Ricky Davis. They could use a super talented young point, but they cant afford to reach for one here. Instead they try and improve their defense by adding Gerald Wallace. Wallace gives them flexibility to try a small up tempo system, or make a deal for more traditional players.
- Zach Randolph - Memphis The Grizzlies love their 2 young wings Ron Artest and Stephen Jackson. They really want to add more malcontents, so they add Zach Randolph. Expect the Grizz to hire a psychiatrist to run team practices.
- Eddy Curry - Toronto Curry will fall because of his lack of defense, but you cant argue with his low post scoring abilities. Even if he's just a bench player, he will give team 10 points a night.
- Memo Okur - Seattle Okur is all upside. If he doesnt do some major progression over the next couple years, he will have been a wasted pick. Okur is a long range shooting big man, and he should floursih in the Sonics up tempo offense.
- Shane Battier - New Jersey The Nets want to surround Baron Davis with a nice supporting cast. Battier is a tough player who can defend and shoot. AT 11, Battier is about the best you can ask for.
- Jamaal Tinsley - New Orleans The Hornets want to continue to build around their young wings Shawn Marion and Rashard Lewis. How better to help them then by getting a solid young point guard like Jamaal Tinsley. Tinsley is a pass first point that should really help in Marion and Lewis' development.
- Samuel Dalembert - Atlanta The Hawks have a nice set of forwards in Antoine Walker and Lamar Odom but really need some defensive help if they plan to compete. Adding a big time rebounder and shot blocker like Samuel Dalembert should really improve the Hawks playoff chances.
- DaSagana Diop - Golden State The Warriros would love if Dalembert fell to them here, instead they get DaSagana Diop. Diop is a huge body that will give the Warriors a very physical front line with Elton Brand
- Troy Murphy - Houston The Rockets really need to add a super talented guard, but none are on the board at this point. Instead they get a multi talented big man in Murphy. Although not flashy, Murphy is a solid scorer and rebounder that might just end up on the All Rookie Team.
