Austin Rivers Height: 6'3'' Weight: 175lbs Position: PG School: Florida  Strengths: He can get to the rim, stop and pop for a mid-range jumper or penetrate and kick to an open teammate as he breaks into scoring position. He is an excellent ball handler who plays with his head and eyes up to take advantage of his court vision. Doubt he'll ever be as good of a defender or ballhandler as Parker is but definitely a potential...
A-/A-/A-/B/C+/B kind of player.

Parker started out with lower defense and handling ratings so I'm not counting against it.
These type of guys always seem to come out after I'm almost done rebuilding rebuilding... sucks, I could use him
