First Team
C-Ben Wallace
Has been a huge part of the Bucks success in the first two seasons of the sim. The Bucks always go further in the playoffs than people expect and Wallace being the anchor down low is a big reason why. Ben is averaging 10ppg with 12rpg with 4.4bpg and not to mention 1.5spg. Wallace hardly gets mention with the big guys of the league but is one of the best players in the league.
PF-Jermaine O'Neal
Jermaine O'Neal is not the answer but he is the golden nugget in Denver. Jermaine O'Neal is quietly averaging 18ppg and 10rpg to go along with 1.3spg and 3bpg. O'Neal is quickly becoming one of the better PF in the league and may soon be mentioned in the same breathe as Tim Duncan and Chris Webber pretty soon.
SF-Jalen Rose
Rose has been a part of the best regular season team two seasons in a row and is a big part of helping NJ over the hump this season. Yet you would never hear him mentioned when talking about the Sixers last season. Shaq, Grant, Robinson, Brandon, and then even Bonzi Wells got more hype than him. Rose is averaging 18ppg, 5rpg, 3apg a game with great percentages.
SG-Desmond Mason
Does anyone even know what team this guy is on? Even if you do did you know he is averaging 28ppg? He isn't just a scorer either. He is grabbing 8rpg and has 5apg he is the complete player. This high flyer is a franchise player and he is the MVP of the Under Appreciated team. He is only 25 years old too.
PG-Earl Boykins
Some people might have questioned the contract this little guy got but he is worth every penny. Inch for inch he may be the best player in this league. He is so quick and extremely efficient. He is only averaging 11ppg but is rocking a 9:1 Assist to turnover ratio which is tops in the league.
Second Team
C-Primoz Brezec
The 23 yr old 7'1 center is quietly having a strong season but there are still a lot of doubters. Many people were highly interested in Chris Mihm but not in Primoz Brezec. Brezec is averaging 15 and 8 along with 1.5bpg in 27mpg. The best part about Brezec is his efficiency with a 59% field goal percentage. He should eventually slide into the heat's starting lineup.
PF-Joe Smith
Say it ain't Joe. This 20 and 10 power forward does everything across the box score. He is the leader for the Clipper team playing along side with fan favorite Steve Nash and veteran leader Penny Hardaway.
SF-Anthony Mason
We all don't underestimate his barber's talents as Anthony can be scene with various graphic designs on the side of his head, his eyebrows, and well maybe other places but we do underestimate the talent this guy brings to the court. He led his team to the most wins in the Western Conference two seasons ago and is still getting it done at the age of 35 in the nation's capital.
SG-Allan Houston
Houston is one of the best shooters in the league and is consistently a top of the league leaders in scoring but is never mentioned as a good shooting guard. Maybe people question his speed, his defense, but this doesn't stop him. He has averaged 20ppg over the last three seasons while shooting 44% from 3pt land. He has been a winner where ever he has gone so doesn't that tell you something?
PG-Mike Bibby
Bibby might be the best PG in the league but he never gets mentioned with the likes of Steve Nash, Jason Kidd, or Gary Payton. Bibby scored 18ppg and 10apg with only 2topg. Bibby shoots the ball at an extremely high percentage of .493 and even better 88% from the free throw line. Bibby may be the first great PG to lead his team to a title.
