This trade was our first once the season started and worked out very well. We appear to have traded two pretty late future 1sts for 3 solid young prospects. Arroyo had another great TC and he was a key asset in making a future trade and same with Hughes.

This was a huge, huge trade for us and gave us the chance to turn into a contender. Redd had a nice TC after this trade and looks nice, but we got a superstar in VC. We packaged Redd with my 03 1st, which is looking to be in the late 20's. VC blew up even more in his TC after this trade, and I got the +10 potential for us too. This was the most prolific trade for us and turned around our future.

I loved this trade for us as we gave the Bulls picks back to Play for stud PG Andre Miller. Miller is only 23 and putting up nasty numbers all over and is leading our team. His %'s in my opinion are the best in the league and he's been a huge key to our success. It was great to get such a good player for picks that didn't have value at the time. We did this after doing the Carter trade because I knew if I could build players around Carter this team could win.

This was our worst trade in BBS. Batter looked pretty nice and I thought he would be a perfect role player for our team. We gave up two of our 1sts, which should be late but nonetheless not worth Battier. He went down to A- defense in TC and never had a good strech during this season. Luckily, we were able to get rid of him for a nice scoring prospect at SF.

I've never been a big fan of Nene and I thought his draft ratings were really raw. He did nothing in TC and I didn't expect him to have much value at all. We were able to package him and Arroyo to get the versatile Raef LaFrentz from the Raptors. LaFrentz was a target for us because of his versatility and his ability to be a top 10 shot blocker in the BBS. With this trade we had a very young and solid core in Gasol, Carter, Miller, LaFrentz.

This move was made purely because of the value and depth we got. Brezec is an intruging young center that will be a huge piece for us. I always value a 3rd big man as being very important. He came in and has put up great averages for the minutes he's getting per game. I was able to get him and two picks which would be moved for upgrades for just Larry Hughes.

This trade was made to fix our screwup with Battier. I shopped Battier and picks for a stud SG/SF furiously, and no one bit. I was able to stay really young by acquiring sharp shooting, Mike Miller. Miller played great in his first sim today shooting over 50% in all 7 games and he brings a great scoring ability to our team. Hopefully at his age he will continue to develop in training camp.
I'm really enjoying this team that I have built and am very excited about the future.
Our starters/6th man average age is 23.5!
It's amazing as we have SO much room for improvement. That's great considering we already are on top of the East and own the second best team record-wise in the BBS. I still have 3 picks within the next 3 years to package if necessary for upgrades. The future is looking bright in Miami.
