BBS what it used to be for you? Has BBS already experienced its best days?

No, BBS is nowhere what it used to be. I don’t like the core of GMs we have. I like the original BBS, pre- Nova’s, Maniac’s, ebener’s or to put it a better way pre-NBN. The old leagues were 10x more fun then they were now. I think it was just the make-up of guys like Lumley, brian, manas, etc who necessarily weren’t the best GMs out there but they brought about a different atmosphere towards the league.

I mean no offense to the NBN, because I’m sure they’d be saying the same thing if 10-12 GMs from BBS started filling up NBN too, it’s just the way it is, but nothing beats the good old days of BBS, nothing.

Who has been getting on your nerves lately (Martinez and YB are not valid answers, give me something that I might not be able to guess)?

No one ever genuinely gets on my nerves but I hate Maniac’s blind bias when talking about Pittsburgh players. Jeff Reed top 5 kicker? Come on, then he tries to argue that I’m an idiot that he has all the facts, then I give him the actual facts by stats and guess who was right and who was wrong? Nope, I was right.

Nova – he tries to deal me JRue and Pope, then a bunch of other crap, and then when I keep rejecting it he says “good just be a mediocre team blah blah blah” then the next day deals off JRue and says “man he sucks blah blah blah” mean while is telling me via PM “yeah man JRue is mad good, this and that” GTFO you suck and I wish you’d have slit your wrists like Duce.

No, Pig’s right. The new BBS GMs suck, no offense(or do I mean to offend?) I hate that now the majority of this league has a connection to New Canaan. It’s just boring. We need some new blood. I’d rather try to convince guys like Hernando, or hell even bizz to come back.. Like I said in the opening statement nothing compares to the original BBS.


On September 19, Pig said, “I have never until now been more optimistic and excited about any franchise of mine since Kobe-Ricky Davis-Granger-Bogut-Curry team from the last BBS,” after dealing Durant. He then proceeded to make 5 more trades from the 19th of September through October 10. Yet, yesterday he said, “I'm a hassle to talk trade with because odds are I don't want to talk about trades and it shows with no one even trying to contact me about any thing on my team in weeks,” in his “My Situation” thread. What do you make of this? Feel free to tell him that his players aren’t that good which is why no one is trying to trade for them.

I think Pig is an absolute idiot. He’s been pissing me off ever since he helped Ducky get under the HC and then said “oh I didn’t know.” Are you fucking serious? So you mean to tell me you didn’t see 20+ posts in the thread telling you to stop being a little bitch and not help Ducky get under the HC? Come on, if you’re going to be a bitch at least man up to it and don’t make some bullshit excuse that you didn’t realize what was going on because before you accepted the trade there were a million posts asking what the fuck were you doing.

And to add to the Durant thing, hey genius, if you hadn’t helped Ducky, one of his stars would have been waived. More than likely Jermaine O’Neal. I do believe we also told you since you had the worst record the season before(this may or may not be true I didn’t bother to check) you would have had first dibbs. Though, like Mark so eloquently put it you made the absolute worst trade with Durant.

Haha, good think Mark caught onto this because I had totally forgotten all about it. See, this is the problem with BBS having GMs quit. Keelty quit because his team fucking sucked. A2J admitted to the same thing. James? Didn’t Vernon quit for the same reasons? Then Reilly(who genuinely had a good excuse as he is in Law school and really doesn’t have much time, I know what it’s like since my brother went through it) and now Pig.

Look at Jah too until his team started winning recently he was MIA since being swept in the playoffs him and DJ are both jokes. They’ll sit and sit and sit some more on their teams. Get lucky in a couple of drafts and sit and sit and sit some more. DJ will never win a championship in BBS. Neither will Jah.

People can say I suck all I want to but when I’ve quit is because I genuinely had no time, never because my team sucked and I won’t ever blame my team sucking for a lack of interest and for the record why does Spencer get credited for saving only teams owned by me when he’s taking over other teams plenty of times before(who were in worst shape than mine) yet no one says a word. It’s stupid and y’all just some haters.


Outlawz has recently gone after Derwin for the way he behaved on the forums for a few weeks. Outlawz said something along the lines of if Derwin was not friends with Aaron’s crew then he would have taken a ton of a shit for how he was acting. Do you think this is true? Did you even notice this?
