1. Milwaukee - Dwight Howard PF - Point guards are tough to get, but big men are tougher. Howard will be the most dominant big man in the league for the next decade. Cant pass that up. This guy will be a 25-12 guy eventually. Just nasty.
2. Milwaukee - Deron Williams PG - Very skilled player that will be one of the top point guards in his conference. Should be a guy that can score 20 and drop 10 dimes. The Bucks have officially rebuilt.
3. LA Clippers - Al Jefferson PF - Once again, it's hard to pass up such a dominant big guy. Yes, the Clipps have Darko, but AlJeff is a perfect compliment. Darko can play 5, rebound and block shots, while Jefferson can play 4, score and board. Now the Clipps just need a backcourt.
4. Orlando - Josh Smith PF - Smith would be the perfect fit at PF in an uptempo attack that Orlando usually likes to run. If they do mortgage the future to get Shaq, Smith will probably need to slide to 3 so the Magic can run a huge inside lineup. Either way Smith has got to go top 4.
5. Houston - Shaun Livingston PG - The Rockets need a more consistent true point guard, and they hope to find that here with Livingston. Livingston will be a great defender and passer, but can he score?
6. Chicago - Emeka Okafor C - The Bulls would love to get a legit star, instead they get a shot blocking big man. Okafor should get 10 boards and 2.5 blocks a night. If Josh Howard can continue to develop, these 2 will make a nice 1-2 punch defensively.
7. Philadelphia - Andris Biedrins C - The Sixers need some defense and rebounding desperately. it's hard to pass up on such a talented big man. Although Biedrins is raw, he should fit right in in Philly.
8. Houston - Travis Outlaw SF - The Rockets love Outlaw's defensive ability and think the combination of Bosh and Outlaw could be deadly defensively. And don't forgot about Livingston at PG. Thats what you call length!
9. Houston - Ben Gordon SG - The Rockets love outside shooters, so why not grab the best one in this draft in Gordon. Gordon, along with Dixon and House should be an exciting long range trio.
10. Cleveland - Kevin Martin SG - The Cavs need a legit #2 scorer behind Bozer and get just that in Kevin Martin. Martin and TJ Ford should become a very good backcourt for the future.
11. Phoenix - Tony Allen SF - The Suns want to make sure they get a player here, so they take Tony Allen. Allen can play SF in an inside focus that should also help C Chris Kaman. Both could grab 10 boards a night.
12. LA Clippers - J.R. Smith SG - The Clippers need some outside scoring to keep teams honest. JR Smith should be a perfect outside bomber to keep teams from double teaming Al Jefferson.
13. Atlanta - Anderson Varejao PF - The hawks just need the best available player, and at this point he also happens to fill a need at C. Varejao isnt the type of defender you desire at the 5 spot, but he isnt bad. Expect him to be a solid contributor for the Hawks.
