i will probably cut it down to 8 managers(we may me at that number already I'll double check) and make it a dynasty league instead of naming a certain amount of keepers. Then we'll just have a supplemental draft and/or a rookie draft. Draft order based on final standings.

wow we had 14 fucking GMs? damn.. yeah I'm going to cut it down to 8-10 GMs(depending on interest) and make it a dynasty league. Then we'll hold like a 3 or 4 round supplemental draft and then a 2 round rookie draft.

Basketball should be the easiest one since we have a global following. No reason why 14 can't be active. 8 is way to little. To much talent to pick from.

what? no way. .. of the 14 GMs maybe 6 were active and 2 semi-active the rest didn't check in after draft day, let alone show up or leave a list.
Football is the easiest to follow and that has like 8-9 active GMs and then 3-4 semi-active.

would make it boring in my opinion....Just to much talent out there......Fire the inactive ones and replace them...simple as that....I know D2A would join and pay attention to a fantasy league. Get NBN folks in too. Will would joing probably and be active. Tiger too...
