So I wont allow you to sign him if it puts you over the HC. Essentially Jordan should claim him because he had the worst record last year.

hey spence, just curious... If West gets claimed by the bucks lets say, will he have a minimum/1year contract?
There's probably a rule posted somewhere, but figured it was easier to ask.
