Yarou and Galvan are both available, but by no means easy to get. Both were top 10 picks and I expect them to be very good players, I just have an overload at SF. I would want to wait until after TC to deal any of my young guys. Walker and Tyler are not available. I am probably going to go for 40 this year seeing as how I don't have my pick and I think this core group of young guys can get me there, without making any trades barring some weird, awful disaster in TC.
