Strengths:
Riggs is tough as nails and as fundamentally sound as they come. His work ethic and conditioning will keep him in the league for awhile. He does everything well and is as sure a thing when it comes to lasting in the league as they come.
Weaknesses:
Good at everything, not great at one thing. He does not have the raw athleticism that most point guards possess and that's what makes it tough for him to guard quicker players. Riggs needs to keep working hard if he wants to start in the league. He also needs to learn to make the right pass, because his court vision is questionable.
