Karron Thomson 6'11 267 PF/C 21 years old
Projected Ratings: B C- B B- B- B
Overview: Drawing comparisons to Brad Miller, Karron Thomson is one of the best passing big men college basketball has ever seen. He posted eight triple doubles as a junior and averaged over six assists for the season to go along with 20 points and 9 rebounds. His lack of athleticism has scouts questioning his upside, but he's a had worker, who should at least improve his defense and rebounding.
Strengths: A versatile big man, Thomson has made a name for himself with his passing game. He could average 4-5 assists per game and also handles the ball exceptionally well for a big man. Has strong rebounding technique and post defense and can score in the post. His go-to move is a devastating right hook and he can step out to about 15 feet for a jumper. Strength is not a concern.
Weaknesses: His lack of athleticism disables him from playing the 3, with his defense dropping to the C's. Although he will lead breaks with his outlet passes, he will likely stay on the defensive end during these fast breaks due to his lack of quickness. While he has good rebounding technique, Thomson can barely jump over a piece of paper which could effect him in a league with bigger, faster and stronger players.
Where will he go?: A mid-late lotto pick who should be a career-long starter. While he doesn't project as a future all-star, he should be a 4th or 5th starter for a playoff team.

These look completely stupid. B inside and B handles is over the top for the player you're trying to create.

WTF
A player can't be a good inside scorer and passer?
We're striving for unique ratings

The goal in making him was to create a passing big man who actually STAYS at big man. Every good handling "big" we've had has been moved to SF. He's too slow for that.
These ratings aren't unrealistic IMO

WTF A player can't be a good inside scorer and passer? We're striving for unique ratings We're striving for ridiculous prospects, apparently. You're putting a guy in who apparently can't jump but has B inside, and obviously would have no quickness but has B handles? He's going to be ridiculous, then. The guy your trying to make should come in with no rating better than B-, and certainly not four B- grades. He's far too good. The whole unique ratings thing is being taken to the point of gimmicky, in my opinion. Looking around at the players made so far, we're sacrificing conventional, high-potential picks for one-dimensional players who look too talented to have big potential. I think it's gonna be boring if we don't moderate it.

That point is ridiculous
So players can't be good passers if they are not quick? Of course his handles/passing ratings will be high if he is not fast, but that's the point. He can't play SF because of this. His STRENGTH is passing.
His inside game probably should be B-, i agree with you there. but there are plenty of good inside scorers who can't jump
