Well since Pig stepped down and Duck withdrew his nomination earlier the election is moot point now. ... .. Me and VP elect JbJbJf2k will do our exceptance speeches soon. but just for fun here is the debate as of monday night... it was an aim conversation. we had scheduled to finish it out tonight but there's no point now.... anyway enjoy

uoduckstk1 (7:32:32 PM): Pig and I both know that there's so much that needs to be done to improve BBS as a whole. My very first order of business would probably be to create an option for GMs to frontload contracts. It's been done in the NBA and I've seen it done in sims. I like the realism it brings, and I also think it'll benefit the league. Especially with many teams fighting the hard because they signed their studs to MAX contracts only to fight the hard cap 5-6 years later. Allow frontloading would give GMs more flexibility. I also think a cost of one RC would be a proper price for frontloading. The rules and stipulations could be discussed later, but this is something that I think should be discussed about.

uoduckstk1 (7:35:36 PM): Banning is a touchy issue. I believe it should be based on a case by case situation. In general, I'm a full supporter of banning. If a GM acts out of line or does something to jeopardize the league, banishment may be the only solution. Spencer has made good judgment calls on who should banished so far, so I think banning should definitely be allowed, and I am behind Spencer's decisions 100%.

If someone is constantly displaying mad douche tendancies and is causing general dischord it has to happen. but only in extreme cases. Like take the recent activity Yb was banished and no one gave a damn . . . so that was right. Marty was banished and some people came to his defense. . . so it was wrong.. . and look he's back. it's seems me and duck are in agreement.

Take me and JB. . . even though we have yet to make a trade we still are in constant negocia's all fucking day. "hey man diogu/lopez/picks for grif" then i counter. for those of us who know each other this can create more activity. . . but if one player juices the other over and over than that shit aint right and the commish can veto... i havent seen this being a problem in this league but hell ive only been around for 2 seasons

I've seen some lopsided trades between friends and then lopsided trades between enemies. I really haven't seen anything that's gone too far. So, I support friends trading.
