This is mostly for Justin, but it could also help the n00bs.
Im Spencer, started BBS back in 2003? Not sure on the exact date, but I think it was 03. This is the 3rd version of BBS and weve probably spanned 50+ seasons. Id say our total post count for all our MBs is 300,000. When I started BBS I simmed 1 day a day and we changed ratings based on the progression of real players. It sucked!

Chris was in the first version really earlier on, but not an original member I believe.
Mark joined and got Dan, Pig and Aaron involved. They are all from NC! Northern Connecticut(YEE DUCKY)
I think JAH was the first person from NBN in BBS and slowly many from NBN have joined.
Lots of guys currently in BBS have had multiple stays. Play, Maniac, AllStar, Pig, Galo, Scott, Justin, Skillz.

I joined a month or two into the original league. Wasn't an original member, but I was in extremely early. Second semester of 8th grade, which was 2003 spring.

I've also had multiple stays. Originally with Portland, then left, came back as the Hornets, then we re-started, started as the Nets, quit, came back as Utah, we re-started, got the Nets again. It's been a good run.

I joined a month or two into the original league. Wasn't an original member, but I was in extremely early. Second semester of 8th grade, which was 2003 spring. We mightve started Fall 02 then. We went so slow. |

Nanz aka Mr Lonely. Mark Aaron and Dan would pretty much talk about BBS everywhere we went. I joined BBS roughly around march? And it wasn't very long until i got a team. I was new to sim leagues so Spence gave me a team over other GMs just because he thought i had some upside. LOLZ he was so right.

Nanz aka Mr Lonely. Mark Aaron and Dan would pretty much talk about BBS everywhere we went. I joined BBS roughly around march? And it wasn't very long until i got a team. I was new to sim leagues so Spence gave me a team over other GMs just because he thought i had some upside. LOLZ he was so right. Why did it take you so long to join? Did you think BBS was totally gay hearing about it from the Three Amigos? |

I got the Hawks on Aug 2nd after the league figured out Duce was "20". Less than a month later I gave the Hawks back to Skillz who was away for the summer, which just so coincided with Andy's disappearance. I posted over 1000 times as an AGM for the Magic from late April to early August.

The funny thing is, my now-girlfriend then-crush had me so angry that night (that I quit in version 2) that I came home, got pissed about something in the league, blew my top and quit. In hindsight, quitting was really good for me. I had an amazing rest of senior year, and needed a little break. I got back in at a perfect time too. |

Some of my fondest memories is talking to Brian at Warrior games about future player ratings, while also seeing his yellow skin color slowly turn red as he drank.
