They're not just going to change. The West definitely has worse GMs and the East is loaded with sick cores. I don't see much of a future for SAC, SA, MIN, LAC, GST, DAL, MEM partly because of their GM situations and partly because of their CY situations/pieces in place. Definitely not saying all of those teams have bad GMs by any means, so I don't want that to be something that offends guys. No doubt about it the disparity between the leagues is ridiculous, but the leagues weren't terribly far off when Golden State and Dallas were great. I was a 5th seed with Gil/Q/Darko/Yao. Maybe your right but I'd have to see this be the change that will need to be made in order to fix things. I'd want to give our conference's GMs to fix the situation their selves. Another point is that so much of the turnover between GMs has been in the West. It could use some stability. The Atlantic is loaded with good GMs who will know will stay. The Central isn't LOADED, but it has Play, Skillz, Jordan and a decent number of active, solid GMs. The Midwest is pretty thin.

Ugh, Jay will move to the West, still have the same above average team but win 55+ every year. So annoying. Nets want the West.

Move Jay/Jah/ And Skillz out there. Perfect, IMO. A great opportunity for those three guys, and they're very good GMs in different ways. I think it'd be a perfect combination.

BTW, Dave's four best players (LeBron with the Bulls, Nenad with the Heat, Beasley with the Bucks, West with the Celtics) are all in the East. I know people will say "Oh, I love the competition"... well, you're different than I am then. I'd rather it be a little more fair.

I would move to the West, definitely!
I was thinking one of me/jah and one of heat/nets/sixers to balance out divisions and bring the spurs and kings out east?

I'd rather substitute Maniac with one of the two central teams. Fine by me, but I like the idea of less developed teams more, which is why I liked Jay going West.

He will say no. Dad always says no. This is like in Step Brothers when they go into their parents' room to ask if they bunk their beds.

I know their Dad said yes, STFU. The point is, us asking is like the way they asked. Go away, quit your crying. The Truth Hurts. Take it home.

This is much ado about nothing.
Conference strength is cyclical.

I'd be all for a complete re-alignment of the divisions. Forget one guy here, one guy there. Target the guys like Outlawz who want to keep their team name and they stay put. Take the rest and move them about, with their rosters. It'd be a tremendous pain for Spence and none of this will happen, but it is worth talking about.
