If reasoning was given... there was no reason given as to why he played Clark at C, and had Redd on the bench, Fernandez 3rd slot at the 2, and Westbrook wasn't even part of the rotation.
I'm just going by the rules.

Total waste of time. It had no affect on anything. They already had the #1 pick locked up. This is the kind of baseless, moronic argument that is a complete waste of time to everyone in the league. Thanks Chris, well done!

Im just going by the rules as well. It clearly states that some experimentation is allowed. He played some guys that will be with his team longer term then the guys he benched. No reason not to see how they simmed.

He didn't start the best players, didn't use his best scorers as options, and didn't give reasoning in his DC thread.

The more I look at this situation, the more I see everything I saw this morning.
Clark is probably a better fit at C then Beasley, the player he had there all year. Beasley is a C defender at PF who barely blocks shots. Clark can actually defend, and anyone that actually knows FBB knows defense, especially blocks and steals are huge in it.
Obviously Fernandez and Redd are better then Hamilton and Branch, but I have let teams go a sim with a less then perfect lineup so they can see certain players. Ill assume neither Redd or Fernandez will be back in CLE, at least as long term members. Branch and Hamilton both have upside and are signed, why wouldnt he be allowed to see how they sim?

This completely got blown out of proportion. I posted the tanking rules in Devin's DC thread basically as a joke(notice the LOL and the yeeee) because his DC was awful, but at the same time he basically had the 1st overall pick locked up. Spencer backed up Devin's DC which I found kind of odd because of it's awfulness. Regardless, it should have been something that I should have talked to Spencer about. I regret ever asking Chris his opinion and even told him not to post anything.
