6) Phil Sanford PF 6'11'' 307 21 B+ C- C- C B+ C
The questions about Phil Sanford have mostly arisen about his immense weight, but that doesn't subtract from the fact that he is an absolute beast in the post and on the boards.
Sanford reminds many of Zach Randolph because he could easily put up 20/10 without a problem and start on most teams as a rookie. The biggest issue is his upside and his conditioning, both of which leave scouts in serious doubt over whether they should make him a lottery pick. The skill and talent is definitely there, but given his poor conditioning and inability to get into shape, he leaves some in serious doubt.
7) Gavin Shireman SF 6'7'' 250 21 B- B C+ B- C B
Shireman is another player who's conditioning is in serious question, but as a 250 pound small forward, he uses his size to his advantage. If you ask scouts who he reminds them of, only one name that comes up is Antoine Walker, which isn't a bad comparison. He's very mobile for his size, can give you 6 or 7 rebounds per game and loves to stroke it from outside. As a result, Shireman should be a lottery pick.
8) Myles Taylor PG 6'2'' 205 20 C- C B B- C A
Taylor will not help you put points on the board personally, but his ability to get players involved will make him a borderline starter or exceptionally valuable bench player.
Taylor has great size for a point guard and looks like a more in-shape version of Baron Davis. Taylor is also a solid defender who, if he has the upside, could be one of the best at his position.
9) Stephon Likens C 6'11'' 240 22 B C- C B B- C
You know what you're getting with Stephon Likens. A center with fantastic fundamentals who will be the first guy off the bench in the frontcourt. Likens isn't expected to get much better, but is the model of consistency. He rarely ever turns over the ball, can block the occasional shot and likes to mix it up inside.
10) Tyler Perdue C 7'1'' 263 20 C+ C C B B- B
Tyler Perdue reminds many of Bryant "Big Country" Reeves when he was a rookie. Immense size and solid skills with questionable upside. Perdue has a spotty injury history and tore his ACL in high school, but coaches love his work ethic. Perdue is always in the gym and wants to stay in tip top shape.
Perdue can hit the mid-range shot, handles the ball with precision and hits the boards.
