Consistent sims are the most important. I hate waiting and not knowing if a sim is coming or not. Activity and a great commish (YEE) would be the other two.

1. Consistent Sims - All leagues will fail if the commish fails to sim on a regular basis. It all starts here.
2. Consistent Ratings/Drafts - It's unfair and tough when ratings become inflated. I think that's part of the reason the league is fairly unbalanced right now. Some of the stacked teams became that way when the league was a little bit inflated. Now, ratings are being toned down a bit again thus making it more difficult for the rebuilding teams to compete.
3. Good GM's - I like the competitive nature of sims. They are not very competitive if all the GM's blow.

1- Consistent Simming- It's nice to know when it's happening, delayed etc.
2- Consistent Ratings- More balanced ratings, making better utilization of RCs and free ones.
3- Consistent Activity- I think alot of GMs lack in this dept. Some more than others.

I mentioned this in my first long article but just to reiterate:
1. Consistent simming- Every day around 12 eastern time, if sim is going to be late Spence always has a reason and tells us when sim is coming.
2. The Activity- Second to none
3. The GM's- for the most part are very good and it's hard for me to really dislike someone.

1-Commish- You need a commish that is devoted to the league and GMs. Sims when he says and always looking out for what is best for the entire league. A commish that is devoted to making the league better when it is the best is also important.
2- GMs- GMs that are active and striving for the best team they can possibly have.
3- Drafts- Drafts that are unique, interesting, and fun. The ratings are not to low or to high.
