Actually the biggest problem the Mavs had was that they had a Gm that put them over the cap and then ran out on them.

People will always talk shit about me, that's fine.
Spence didn't get me Durant, McGahee, Roy, Barnes, Joffer, or Camby.
Spencer didn't get me those New Orleans which I was able to get Roy for.
Spencer didn't make my DCs, nor signed any players of mine. He got me 3 picks. So I'd attribute the picks he got me as being "lucky" that they landed lotto than him actually doing a good job.
I still needed to draft the right players and make the right moves, if you people fail to see that then blow me.
