Weight Room Rules
Each year you get a total of 8 lbs to add to your players. No player may gain more then 3 lbs each year. Players must be 28 or younger.
Each year you get 1 inch for your team. This can be used on a player that is 18 or 19.
I will open a thread close to the trade deadline each season which will be used for the weight room. The weight room MUST be done before the end of the playoffs.
Any posts made here outside of the respective thread for that particular season will be ignored and those weight room requests will not be granted.
This will be processed before the draft!
