My problem has been that I've made some pretty questionable deals, but also that none of the guys I drafted when I was tanking ever developed into stars or franchise players. That meant to survive the CY, I had to deal them for only 'good' players and I wasn't able to acquire players who could take me far. JRich(2nd), Yao(1st), Bayless(4th), Aminu(5th), Andersson(3rd) [in retrospect, I should have taken Dunagan]. JRich & Bayless pretty much sucked, Aminu has turned into a solid SF, same for Sven, but neither are really top 5 caliber picks. Yao had some star-like years, but he started declining pretty early on. I fucked up in dealing him though. You got more than appropriate value for Aminu, and Yao used to be very good in his early years with you. I'm pretty sure you got value for Bayless as well

I was coming off a WCF season of Hinrich/Dirk/Boozer/Brand but they were all getting older and I couldn't afford to keep all of them.

I've made some bad deals and bad decisions for sure, but my luck in drafts has also been pretty bad.

these are pretty awful ratings imo what dont you agree with The whole system is flawed after you get out of the top 4. AAR at 5? Aaron at 9? Justin at 10? This is all based off of recent success. However on the flip side Dan is at 7 due to 2 championships. I mean I don't understand if the article is based on all of BBS or just recent activity. Skillz putting himself at 14 is a joke. Nova has one of the worst W/L in the league but he thinks he is too high? Where the fuck is #29? I'm pretty sure we can take the good GM label off of Scott now since the last time I remember him being good was with the BBS 1 Mavericks. And Ebener should be around 17 for making me go through this hangover to type this.
