Potential BBS Ratings-

Touted Junior from UB Harriet Vile was known as "Rough and Tough" in the #7 University of Buffalo's cinderella run to the Final Four last year. Known as the NCAA's Bad Boy last year Vile was known for his post game celebrations, keg stands and "rough and tough" style of defense that caused major headaches for opposing offenses.
His top notch perimeter defense and amazing wingspan were considered a nuisance for those who went against him. Vile also has great defensive awareness that causes him to be a huge pain in the passing lanes as well. You probably remember how he lead all MAC players last year with 3.7 SPG. His defensive game makes opposing coaches sick to there stomach, however his offensive game is just plain "vile".
As one BBS scout said "I don't think Vile could throw the ball in the ocean if he was standing on the shoreline" Why some can argue that is an exaggeration, one cannot argue the fact that on the offensive end his game will get any better. Another BBS scout told us that although his defensive game is unparalleled by many college players that "he wasn't very optimistic that Vile could be a 15+ PPG player as a starter in his prime."
What Vile lacks in athleticism however is countered by his love for the game, an incredible work effort. UB Coach Johnny "The Bull" DiNunzio says even though he is known as the biggest hooligan North Buffalo when in the limelight, in practice and outside the camera's he is one of the most humble players he has ever coached. "He has low self-esteem so whenever he has a bottler of whiskey he feels like he can come out of his shell, other then that he works hard and tries to help himself and those around him."
General Notes:
A beast defender, Vile's game is solely based on hard work. He doesn't have much to offer outside of that due to his below mediocre athleticism. BBS GM's can look at a potential All-Defensive SF in several years but around anything above B B on the offensive end would be very optimistic.
His effort in trying to improve will carry him to be the best player he can be, however there aren't enough tools in the box to be a star. Worst case scenario your looking at a solid bench option while the best case scenario will be a 13-15 ppg non-option starter.
