Issac Chesthurst is the latest prospect to come out of the U.K. Known throughout Europe as one of the better young sharpshooters in the league, Chesthurst once went 10-12 from beyond the arc in a friendly in a game against Racing Paris. As one BBS scout says "This guy has one of the nicest shots I have seen in the last five years."
While he boasts one of the best jump shots in quite some time, Chesthurst lives the life of a high roller and is prone to getting in trouble. Another BBS scout told us "He doesn't seem to be too keen in prioritizing his maximum potential."
Chesthurst was born with a silver spoon in his mouth being the son of the a wealthy Duchess in the countryside and doesn't have financial problems. Because of this he would rather hit up the club scene and pack fat lips then to hit the court. He is also known to get into trouble with drugs and alcohol from time to time, causing a lot of commotion in European newspapers last year.
Chesthurst has probably reached the pinnacle of his potential but even if he is a bust he should defintley be an NBA Jason Kapono type. His shot is silky smooth but due to lack of potential and mediocre defensive ability he probably will be nothing more then a solid offensive role player who thrives in an outside shooting fast pace offense.
