A position by position look at the 2018 BBS Draft....
Centers
Leon Camby could go 1. He is a very good defender and solid rebounder who has a developing post game. Camby reminds many of a young Jermaine O'Neal.
Hunter Kampmann will be almost impossible to bring over this year. Most scouts think it will take a year of negotiating just to get him out of his contract over seas.
Thomas Edwards III is an amazing defender and rebounder who is abysmal offensively. Don't waste RCs on this guys offense, it's a waste.
Dean Grubert has questionable upside and heart. He's a solid player, but most GMs are beginning to wonder if he really wants to play basketball.
Cory Highlander loves to score, but cant stand to D. He'll never start in BBS, but he could be a solid bench player.
Power Forwards
Cameron Carter is an undersized, quick jumping power forward. Carter fashions his game after Antawn Jamison and he has the ability and upside to become a 20-10 guy at some point.
Clifford Sutton is long and skinny, but has an intriguing game. A very accomplished scorer already, expect Sutton to be a start at SF eventually.
Kenneth Donovan is a good rebounder, but is severely undersized at 6-6 221. Donovan can be a solid bench player, but not more.
Raman Mukopadhyay is completely taped out as far as potential goes, but he's a hard worker who is just rugged down low. He will punish people with his physical style.
Small Forwards
Theo Finley one of the 3 top players in the draft. Finley should be an upper echelon wing that can score 22-25 points a game.
Broderick Kurland is a solid big bodied small forward that can score and defend some, but has trouble ball handling. definately more of a role player then a star.
Kristjan Hjartarsson has nice upside and is already a very good scorer. His lack of defense will push him lower in the lotto.
Jeremy Holmes is a very good ball handler and amazing rebounder. If he can improve his defense he could be a very good role player.
Carlos Ruiz is the best shooter in the draft. A solid ball handler and decent defender, Ruiz could go late lotto or in the middle of Round 1.
Shooting Guards
Austin Brock is a athletic freak that plays with emotion. Brock is relentless to the hoop and loves the up temp pace. Not a good ball handler, Brock will need to work to become a complete player.
Jorge Victoriano solid multi talented guard that can play a little 1 as well. All around game should allow him to go mid Round 1 or maybe even late loto.
Issac Chesthurst is a great shooter and decent defender. He is lights out from mid range and better from longer distances. A true scorer he'll need to get lots of special attention to be more then a 6th man type.
Phil Benson might be best suited at point. Limited in many facets of the game, Benson could be a cheap bench option.
Point Guards
Ousmane Sembene might have the most upside of anyone in this draft. Already a wonderful defender, Sembene has the tools to be one of the best defensive point guards in the history of the league.
Deion Terpening is a solid passing point that is solid in the scoring and defense categories. Doesn't have huge potential, but could become a starter in the right situation.
Trey Donovan can play as a rookie despite his size limitations. A lack of strength and athleticism will hold him back long term, but he should be a solid bench point guard.
Randy McCracken is a solid all around guard that can score and defend. Limited potential, McCracken should go mid to late Round 1.
Leo Tate is a BBS ready point that is probably maxed out. Might be worth taking above some of the players on this list because he can play right away, but his limited physical attributes will catch up to him at some point.
