K, this is ridiculous. No reason to move players around before TC unless it is the purpose of TC. There are 2 reasons why you move players before TC, neither is a proven thing. One is that too many players at one position affects players poorly. The 2nd is that players develop differently depending on where they are positioned during TC. If your position change is because of 1 of the 2 above factors, I will do it. otherwise wait until after TC.
